West Ham to earn £250 million this season!
West Ham to earn £250 million this season (£142m last year). Should take us up from 18th to 14th richest club in the world behind PSG.

That's £108m+ £25m for Payet banked! £133m How much of that will get spent in the summer to compete with the top 6 ????

c/o C&H Sean Whetstone

West Ham posted record figures last month for last season showing turnover had reached £142m, leap frogging both Everton and Newcastle in terms of financial power.

However, this season’s figures will blow last season’s figures out of the water as West Ham smash through the two hundred million barrier on their way to a quarter of a billion pounds turnover.

This season’s accounts will show the sale of the Boleyn ground for £38m, the first year’s revenue of the new mega bumper TV rights deal worth as much as £128m for matching last season’s seventh spot in the Premier League but worth £122m for finishing in tenth.

Ticket sales at the London Stadium are expected to rise by £13m to around £40m as the number of season tickets doubled after capacity was increased from 35,000 to 57,000.

You would reasonably expect commercial and sponsorship revenue to rise by another 30% to around £25m after the move to the London Stadium and retail should hopefully double to £19m after moving into the new, improved and enlarged mega store.

Incredibly the club’s turnover for the year ending 31st May 2017 could come in at a staggering £250 million when it is finally revealed in February 2018.

and..

According to the Daily Star wage bill West Ham's is £79.8m here

They will be spending plenty in the next window. The more we earn, the more we will have to spend. The key thing us how well it will be spent!

So if we become one of the BIG teams does that mean we will be getting all the dodgy referee's decision except when we play Manure?

(I think) FFP is evaluated through the 3 prior years as to what total spend can be, so I can still hear the owners crying poor next summer.

When are folk going to start asking BERKS Inc where the money's gone out of interest?

We've been earning more than we've been spending for a season or so at least haven't we?

Do you understand the difference between turnover and profit?

We will earn more profit this year and of course we hope it will be WISELY re invested back into the squad, but we wont earn £250million

Still fucking 2 bob club

I asked Gold and crew today how much the club spent on the new training ground in light of Liverpools new 50 million complex.

3 million we spent

How the fick can we be compared with the elite when we have 5 or 6 portakabins and an average team ?

We are not a big club and never will be so why do people on here think its ever going to change. The money has been shared out equally so the status quo is the same throughout the league.

That is only this year because of the sale of stadium, they will resume there natural place next year unless we buy really cheap in the summer and boost our profits which as night follows day is going to happen

Re: West Ham to earn £250 million this season!
If you read the figures though they say all our revenue streams have / will double.
They also want to increase capacity next season to 66k so that's more revenue.
If big IF this means the club becomes more sucessful then that = more money.
